The rails are mounted in the floor of the vehicle. They are 1.5 m long. For the Dynnox L46, these can be shortened to 1.2 m. The mounting of this rail is very important for safety. This must be mounted by an expert in the field of commercial vehicle installation. Due to the enormous variety of commercial vehicles, we cannot provide a universal installation manual for this. If your commercial vehicle installer wants to deliver this rail, he must apply the European dimensions.

These casters are usually used for flat surfaces for both indoors and outdoors. They can handle 70 kg per wheel. The use of these casters makes starting a carrier smoother.

The Safety activator is part of the chassis. The Safety activator is the most important part of Dynnox. When loading an undercarriage in a vehicle, the unlocking of the legs is hereby ensured. But also the locking of the legs when unloading a chassis. This part is for the Dynnox L46. Note: the performance of the legs must be reset when these parts are replaced. See manual.

The levers loading platform secures the suspension of the loading tray when it is folded out. These can be easily disassembled so that the loading tray can be disconnected from the vehilcle interface. These nylon wheels are mounted on the bottom of all types of chassis. When mounting these wheels we advise the use of grease to avoid frictional noise. The durability of these wheels depends on the beauty of your vehicle interface when loading and/or unloading a chassis.
