Essential Knowledge for our Dealers
You want to actively promote Dynnox, that’s great!
It is important that you offer Dynnox to your customers with the right knowledge. Below, we have clearly presented the necessary knowledge for you. This knowledge prevents subsequent discussions. Furthermore, you can make your customer happy with a story you can deliver on.
Good to know
- Dynnox is exclusively suitable for commercial vehicles, not for passenger cars or pick-ups.
- You can install the Dynnox in almost all commercial vehicles through the side door or rear door.
- The chassis is height-adjustable, making Dynnox suitable for all possible loading heights of commercial vehicles.
- The vehicle interface can be fixed to the floor of a commercial vehicle (standard) or mounted removably. See the 3D animation below “Step 1: The Vehicle Interface”.
- When making your sale, it is important that you immediately make a choice between standard wheels or pneumatic tires. A Dynnox with pneumatic tires is 7cm wider. See the 3D Animation below “Extra Option: Pneumatic Tires”. You can adjust this later, but it will require a wider wooden plate and “loading tray”.
- The Dynnox is locked to the floor.
The “basic” surface mount module
The basic build-up module is a drawer, which efficiently fills the space between the legs. A plate of wood is mounted on this drawer. Various cabinets, machines, and/or other objects can then be placed on it. This plate is, of course, wider than the drawer itself, allowing for maximum space utilization. The wooden plate must be custom-cut based on the cabinets, machines, and/or objects yet to be placed.
Note 1: After loading the Dynnox, the last loaded legs (the ones lifted upwards) must be locked. This feature is not standardly available and is not part of our product range, as customers’ build-up modules vary.
Note 2: The cabinets and the wooden plate must be ordered separately.

What are the Components of a “Complete Dynnox”?
A complete Dynnox does not include a build-up module, not even the basic module.
A complete Dynnox includes:
A vehicle interfacewithout wooden plate* and without small parts* (2 boxes)
- A chassis (carrier) with standard wheels (2 boxes)
A complete Dynnox with pneumatic tires includes:
- A vehicle interface without wooden plate* and without small parts* (2 boxes)
- A chassis (carrier) with two fixed wheels (2 boxes) and without swivel wheels.
The swivel wheels must be chosen separately.
The Dynnox with pneumatic tires is more expensive because more components are needed and because some components are different. See the 3D animation below “Extra Option: Pneumatic Tires”
Advice
It is advisable to order the wooden plate and small parts along with it if you haven’t ordered a Dynnox frequently. This avoids a lot of extra work.
The wooden plate needs to be CNC processed. The wooden plate must be milled on both sides. The exact positioning of the Dynnox components on the wooden plate is very important.
* Dealers often have their own color for the wooden plate and/or a CNC to produce the wooden plate themselves. Dealers also often have the small parts available themselves.
