The complete L46 is composed of the chassis L46 + the car interface + the wooden plate L46. With this you have everything you need for the Dynnox L46. The Dynnox L46 forms the basis for every narrow mobile transport system in company vehicles. The undercarriage weighs only 40 kg and has a bearing capacity of no less than 250 kg! You can select one of our proven applications or design an installation module that perfectly matches your situation; the smart system keeps everything light and easily moveable.

The chassis L46 is the shortest Dynnox. The car interface is not included. The front is 10cm shorter than the back due to the adjustment of the legs when the chassis is loaded. Due to its length in combination with its maneuverability, it is often used indoors. Set leg adjustment bolt + nut ensures that the legs move forward or backwards and therefore indirectly affect the play of the safety locks. You can understand their functions by watching the instruction film for carrier assembly.

The “Shaft with spring cotter” forms the pivot points of the Loadingtray. These must be greased during assembly. For installation we advise you to watch the assembly film of the vehicle interface before starting assembly.

The locking lever locks the loading tray. This can be mounted with pop rivet and/or M4 bolts. These are not included.

This cable is used to unlock the car interface. The installation of this cable is very important for the correct functioning of the lock when an underframe is unloaded. We recommend that you watch the instruction film assembly auto interface.

The Support plates ensure that the wooden plate is not dented by the wheels of the Carrier when it is loaded onto the veicle interface. For installation we advise you to watch the assembly film of the vehicle interface before starting assembly.

These nylon wheels are mounted on the bottom of all types of chassis. When mounting these wheels we advise the use of grease to avoid frictional noise. The durability of these wheels depends on the beauty of your vehicle interface when loading and/or unloading a chassis.

The loading wheels allow loading and rolling of the carrier on the vehicle interface. The bolts must be mounted with loctite to prevent them from coming loose.
