These casters are usually used for flat surfaces for both indoors and outdoors. They can handle 70 kg per wheel. The use of these casters makes starting a carrier smoother.

The chassis L46 is the shortest Dynnox. The car interface is not included. The front is 10cm shorter than the back due to the adjustment of the legs when the chassis is loaded. Due to its length in combination with its maneuverability, it is often used indoors. The XL36 chassis is the longest and the thinnest Dynnox. The front and back are the same width. The car interface is not included. Due to its length and width, it is often used when enough space in the car is also important. The vehicle interface is made of three core parts: the loading platform, the loading tray and the wooden plate. The Carrier L46 is not included. The vehicle interface has three essential functions: A) due to the loading tray it unlocks the mechanism. See art. loading tray B) it guides the chassis in the vehicle. C) it locks the chassis in the vehicle.

This cable is used to unlock the car interface. The installation of this cable is very important for the correct functioning of the lock when an underframe is unloaded. We recommend that you watch the instruction film assembly auto interface.

The wheels support frames ensure that the carrier rolls on the car interface. It is very important that the bolts are properly greased during installation. This is to prevent frictional noise.

The safety locks are the part of the mechanism that lock and unlock the legs. Assembly requires some Dynnox expertise. The bolts should be mounted with loctite to prevent loosening of the screws. Note: when replacing these parts the clearance of the legs must be reset. See manual. Also watch our assembly video.

These nylon wheels are mounted on the bottom of all types of chassis. When mounting these wheels we advise the use of grease to avoid frictional noise. The durability of these wheels depends on the beauty of your vehicle interface when loading and/or unloading a chassis.
