Le châssis L46 est le Dynnox le plus court. L'interface de la voiture n'est pas incluse. L'avant est 10 cm plus court que l'arrière en raison de l'ajustement des jambes lorsque le châssis est chargé. En raison de sa longueur et de sa maniabilité, il est souvent utilisé à l'intérieur. Une application d'environ 60 cm de largeur, 120 cm de longueur et 120 cm de hauteur peuvent être montés sur le cadre, à condition que la masse (charge) soit bien répartie dans l'application. L'interface du véhicule se compose de trois éléments principaux : la plate-forme de chargement, le plateau de chargement et la plaque de bois. Le châssis L46 n'est pas inclus. L'interface du véhicule a trois fonctions essentielles : A) le plateau de chargement déverrouille le mécanisme. Voir art. plateau de chargement B) il guide le châssis dans le véhicule. C) il verrouille le châssis dans le véhicule.

Le L46 complet est composé du châssis L46 + de l'interface de la voiture + de la plaque de bois L46. Vous disposez ainsi de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour le Dynnox L46. Le Dynnox L46 constitue la base de tout système de transport mobile étroit dans les véhicules d'entreprise. Le châssis ne pèse que 40 kg et a une capacité de charge de pas moins de 250 kg ! These nylon wheels are mounted on the bottom of all types of chassis. When mounting these wheels we advise the use of grease to avoid frictional noise. The durability of these wheels depends on the beauty of your vehicle interface when loading and/or unloading a chassis.

The loading wheels allow loading and rolling of the carrier on the vehicle interface. The bolts must be mounted with loctite to prevent them from coming loose.

The levers loading platform secures the suspension of the loading tray when it is folded out. These can be easily disassembled so that the loading tray can be disconnected from the vehilcle interface. The rails are mounted in the floor of the vehicle. They are 1.5 m long. For the Dynnox L46, these can be shortened to 1.2 m. The mounting of this rail is very important for safety. This must be mounted by an expert in the field of commercial vehicle installation. Due to the enormous variety of commercial vehicles, we cannot provide a universal installation manual for this. If your commercial vehicle installer wants to deliver this rail, he must apply the European dimensions.

The Safety activator is part of the chassis. The Safety activator is the most important part of Dynnox. When loading an undercarriage in a vehicle, the unlocking of the legs is hereby ensured. But also the locking of the legs when unloading a chassis. This part is for the Dynnox L46. Note: the performance of the legs must be reset when these parts are replaced. See manual.
